Ethical Research
Ethical research means that you need to collect and present your information with honesty and integrity. One of the main ways to do this is to acknowledge where your information has come from in your reference list at the end of your assignment. Ethical research is one of the assessment criteria for your group presentation. Please include a reference list, correctly formatted, at the end of your presentation.
Creative Commons
Music, images and information covered by a Creative Commons license are copyright free as long as you acknowledge the creator and don't use them for commercial use. If you are using music for your presentation, it is important that it is copyright free. YouTube, for example, will take down sites that infringe copyright. Just because you have purchased a song using iTunes, does not give you the right to use the song on the web. However, Creative Commons material means that you already have permission to use it. An extensive list of material covered by a Creative Commons license can be found on these copyright free sites.
